The written figure
The figure Marco backs is the figure you pay. Crew, truck, fuel, miles, our materials, cargo coverage and workers’ comp are in it. If Trevor undercounted or the access differs sharply from your description, the figure changes only after you sign a go‑ahead at the walk.
Deposit and payment

Cancellation
Call it off inside 72 hours of booking and the full deposit is refunded. Later but 7 or more days out, it moves to a new date within 90 days. Inside 24 hours it’s forfeit, as the crew and truck are already set. Reschedule in writing via the contact page.
Access & your obligations
- Reserve the elevator in advance for apartment moves
- Clear gate or HOA codes ahead of the crew’s arrival
- Truck parking at origin and destination (we’ll advise)
- Active utilities at destination (lights, water, HVAC)
- Disclose access changes (stairs, long carries) before signing
What we don’t move
We won’t load propane, paint thinner, ammunition or other hazmat, food not on dry ice, cash or jewelry (keep those on you), plants crossing state lines (USDA rules), or pets. We’ll flag any at the walk.
Cargo claims
Released‑value coverage is free on every move, at the federal 60¢/lb per item. High‑value households should add the full‑value upgrade. Send damage claims to Marco in writing within 9 months of delivery; per US‑DOT timelines we confirm in 30 days and settle in 120.
Liability cap
The most we owe is the shipment’s declared value plus your moving cost. We don’t cover indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Texas law applies, with venue in Dallas County.
